Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

2. Delivery costs

Delivery to the UK is free of charge on all orders. There are no hidden delivery fees the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Delivery times

• Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the European Union.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–14 days from dispatch.
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including tracking information where available.
• Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at office@bemodo.uk and we will investigate with the carrier. In any event, we will deliver within 30 days of your order being confirmed, unless we agree a different date with you.

4. Taxes and customs

• All prices include UK VAT where applicable.
• For orders with a total value of £135 or less, VAT is collected by us at checkout and no additional charges are payable on delivery.
  

5. Failed deliveries and lost parcels

• If a delivery fails because no one is available, the carrier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
• If your parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund  the risk of loss during delivery is ours, not yours.
• Please check your order on arrival and contact us at office@bemodo.uk as soon as possible if anything is damaged or missing.
